The Heyuan City 2022 Training Conference on R&D Investment Statistics of Science and Technology Enterprises, hosted by the Heyuan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and organized by the Heyuan High-tech Zone Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and the Heyuan Municipal Science and Technology Information Center, was held on February 23 at the Heyuan National High-tech Zone International Conference Center. The training session invited Professor Shi Linfen, a professor at the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, director of the China Science and Technology Statistics and Information Center, executive director of the China Science and Technology Indicators Research Association, and a special contribution expert enjoying State Council special allowances, to give lectures to the participants.
Comrade Zhong Ziran, a first-level researcher of the Planning Division of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and experts from the Statistical Analysis Center of the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information attended the meeting to provide guidance. Comrade Ouyang Shiwen, secretary of the Party Group and director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, delivered a mobilization speech.
