Zhonganxie’s factory holds several training sessions each month for each department, focusing on improving job performance. As a result, the overall skill level of employees has improved. Employees arrive in the morning, clock in according to regulations, place their belongings in lockers, and enter the workshop wearing neat and clean work clothes.
Workers greet each other and proactively report to supervisors. When customers visit, they provide relevant information within their assigned areas.
Throughout the production workshop, work proceeded in an orderly manner, communication between departments was efficient and rapid, and office documents and records were neatly posted, with clear responsibilities and division of labor. Record forms within the workshop were clearly laid out, row by row, column by column, with accurate and valid data.
Commendation banners hung high, highlighting outstanding employees. Work instructions were neatly arranged, page by page, and read by every employee passing by daily. The employee profiles on the culture wall were constantly being added, meticulously recorded bit by bit.
Materials are placed onto the production line in an orderly manner, the automated production line operates regularly, finished products are transported to the product aging area for inspection, and then each inspected product is transported to the packaging area, where it is packaged by an automatic packaging machine, and finally transported to the warehouse by an AGV handling robot. The efficiency of the whole process has increased several times.
The Zhonganxie company is managed in full accordance with the QES three-system standard, and its automated production lines have reached the level of intelligent manufacturing Industry 4.0.
